Shipping Policy and Guidelines

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high demand.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or through our website.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the size of the poles that we ship, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders with these addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The refund will be for the amount of the product and taxes if applicable, shipping charges are not refunded.

Return Process

Contact our customer service team at info@staytputanchor.com to initiate a return.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include your order number inside the package. That way we know who it came from.

Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we received the packaging and applied to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will inquire shipping and handling costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom made poles and mounts
