1. ELIGIBILITY: The Review Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are (a) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and (b) at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliate companies, or other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of any such employee, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Stayput Shallow Water Anchor, 400 Venture Dr Suite F, South Daytona, FL 32119, USA. (“Sponsor”).
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.
4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes operates on a monthly basis. Each entry period begins on the first calendar day of the month at 12:00 a.m. and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 p.m. One (1) winner will be selected at random and announced on the first Wednesday of the subsequent month.
5. ENTRY: You may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the methods described below:

   Review Entry:
   Submit a product review for a Stayput product during the applicable entry period. Each qualifying review submission will receive one (1) entry into that month’s drawing. Limit one (1) entry per order.

   Free Entry (No Purchase Required):
   To enter without making a purchase, send an email with your name and contact information to the designated entry email address during the applicable entry period. Each email submission will receive one (1) entry into that month’s drawing. Limit one (1) entry per email address.

   All entries, regardless of method of entry, have an equal chance of winning. Entries must be received during the applicable entry period to be eligible.

6. DRAWINGS; ODDS; NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: At the conclusion of each monthly entry period, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month. Entries are only eligible for the drawing corresponding to the entry period in which they are received and will not carry over to subsequent months. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. The potential winner will be notified via email on or around the first Wednesday of the following month. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period of time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. REQUIREMENTS OF POTENTIAL WINNER: Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A participant is not considered a winner until their eligibility has been verified and they have been notified.
   
   Potential winners may be required to complete and return documentation within a specified timeframe, including but not limited to an affidavit of eligibility, tax forms (such as a Form W-9), and a liability and publicity release, where permitted by law.
   
   If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not complete the required documentation, an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
   
   By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
