1. ELIGIBILITY: The Stayput YETI SideKick Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are (a) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and (b) at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliate companies, or other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of any such employee, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Stayput Anchor, LLC, 400 Venture Dr Suite F, South Daytona, FL 32119, USA (“Sponsor”).
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.
4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on November 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:
   1. Follow @stayput_anchor on Instagram;
   2. Like the official Sweepstakes post on the @stayput_anchor Instagram account;
   3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the official Sweepstakes post; and
   4. Complete the entry form at stayputanchor.com/pages/yeti-sidekick-giveaway and confirm your email address using the confirmation email sent to you.

   Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries made using multiple or fake accounts or email addresses, are void. Tagged friends do not receive an entry unless they complete all entry steps themselves. Instagram accounts must be public at the time of the drawing so that Sponsor can verify entry.

   Alternate Method of Entry (No Instagram Account Required):
   To enter without an Instagram account, send an email to info@stayputanchor.com with the subject line “YETI SideKick Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Emails must be received during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.

   All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, have an equal chance of winning.

6. PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) YETI SideKick featuring custom hand-painted redfish artwork (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $[ARV]. The Prize is awarded “as is,” is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable. Because the Prize is hand-painted, its artwork may vary from images shown in promotional materials. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
7. DRAWING; ODDS; NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: On or about November 24, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message from the official @stayput_anchor account. Sponsor will never ask the winner for payment or financial information to claim the Prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. REQUIREMENTS OF POTENTIAL WINNER: Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A participant is not considered a winner until their eligibility has been verified and they have been notified.
   
   Potential winners may be required to complete and return documentation within a specified timeframe, including but not limited to an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, where permitted by law.
   
   If a potential winner does not complete the required documentation within the specified timeframe, an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
   
   By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city, state, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. INSTAGRAM RELEASE: By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes. Entrants must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use. Information submitted through the entry form is provided to Sponsor, not to Instagram.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, YETI Coolers, LLC, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for any technical malfunction.
12. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at stayputanchor.com. By completing the entry form and confirming their email address, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time.
13. GOVERNING LAW: These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. WINNER’S NAME: To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@stayputanchor.com with the subject line “YETI SideKick Giveaway Winner” within thirty (30) days after the end of the Entry Period.
